We arrange sightseeing plans and accommodation in Shiga and the Kansai region. We offer tours where visitors can experience the nature, culture, and history around Lake Biwa.

【Transportation Support (Kansai Airport)】

We provide transportation services from Kansai International Airport to medical institutions and accommodations in Shiga Prefecture, ensuring safe and comfortable travel.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

【Cancellation Fees】

・Up to 30 days before the appointment date: No charge

・29 to 15 days before: 30% of service fee

・14 to 8 days before: 50% of service fee

・7 days before to the day of service: 100% of service fee

※ Cancellation policies of medical institutions or hotels follow their respective rules

※ In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, we will respond on a case-by-case basis

5. Disclaimer

Scope of Responsibility

・The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the Services; however, it does not guarantee medical outcomes

・Responsibility for medical procedures lies with the respective medical institutions

・The Company is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, riots, etc.)

・Services provided by third parties (medical institutions, hotels, transportation providers, etc.) fall under their own responsibility

・The Company is not liable for damages resulting from the user's intentional or negligent actions
