We propose the most suitable medical institutions based on the user's needs, medical conditions, and budget. We support arrangements such as coordination with medical institutions, appointment bookings, and interpretation services.

【Tourism and Stay Support】

We arrange sightseeing plans and accommodation in Shiga and the Kansai region. We offer tours where visitors can experience the nature, culture, and history around Lake Biwa.

【Transportation Support (Kansai Airport)】

We provide transportation services from Kansai International Airport to medical institutions and accommodations in Shiga Prefecture, ensuring safe and comfortable travel.

Service Fees

・Fees vary depending on the content of the Services

・A detailed estimate will be provided individually after inquiry and consultation

・Medical expenses follow the regulations of each medical institution

・Accommodation, transportation costs and other expenses are borne by the user

Cancellation Policy

【Cancellation Fees】

・Up to 30 days before the appointment date: No charge

・29 to 15 days before: 30% of service fee

・14 to 8 days before: 50% of service fee

・7 days before to the day of service: 100% of service fee

※ Cancellation policies of medical institutions or hotels follow their respective rules

※ In unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, we will respond on a case-by-case basis

Scope of Responsibility

・The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the Services; however, it does not guarantee medical outcomes

・Responsibility for medical procedures lies with the respective medical institutions

・The Company is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, riots, etc.)

・Services provided by third parties (medical institutions, hotels, transportation providers, etc.) fall under their own responsibility

・The Company is not liable for damages resulting from the user's intentional or negligent actions

Service Flow

1. Inquiry

Please feel free to contact us via the website inquiry form, phone, or email.

2. Consultation & Proposal

We will listen to your needs, budget, health conditions, etc., and propose the most suitable plan.

3. Estimate & Agreement

We will provide you with a detailed estimate. Once you are satisfied with the content, we will proceed to the agreement.

4. Preparation

We will arrange medical institution appointments, accommodation, transportation, etc.

5. Service Provision

During your stay, we will provide support such as transportation, interpretation, and sightseeing guidance.

6. After-Service Support

Even after the service ends, we will continue to provide support as needed.

Protection of Personal Information

・The Company appropriately manages personal information and does not disclose it to third parties without consent

・Necessary information may be shared with medical institutions or accommodations for service provision

・Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

・Medical information is strictly managed and used solely for coordination with medical institutions

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

・This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan

・Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Otsu District Court as the court of first instance

【Changes to Terms】

・These Terms may be changed without notice in accordance with changes in laws and regulations

・The revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Company's website
